I typically enjoy a good sandwich from here (they have yummy gluten-free bread)! Ordered lunch for 12 co-workers here and they seemed a bit overwhelmed with door dash and our order. I had to double check we had all the sandwiches and that they didn’t forget anything.. they left out a sandwich, did not clearly label a gluten free sandwich as such and then added ranch to a sandwich that asked for none. Also, two of the staff members were not wearing gloves while making/handling making sandwiches which grossed me out..

I ordered a bread bowl… this is what was delivered. I called and the lady that answered had a difficult time speaking. I said I wanted to be refunded and she said it’s only $3.00. You can drive over and pick it up. I said that seems a little ridiculous since I placed the order for delivery. Do you want to talk to a manager. I said yes and then she said oh the manager is not here he will call you and then hung up.

The food here tastes good, but recently the overall service and preparation need work. It seems they are understaffed as sometimes it takes them a while to prepare the food. One time I think they forgot my order, but they eventually realized it. So the employee proceeded to make me a different salad than I had ordered. Another time the wait in a short line was long because their credit card reader was having technical issues. The salsa ranch salad was pretty good, but was a little difficult to eat since the lettuce wasn’t cut to bite-sized pieces.

Out of the few fast-food restaurants in this plaza, Erik’s is my favorite.

I’ve long been a fan of Erik’s, but a few years ago I noticed some of the branches were making anemic sandwiches, skimping on the ingredients. Apparently it has to do with who owns which locations. When I’ve been to this location, however, the sandwiches seem better.

I work nearby, and buy a meal 1-2x/week here – on average. On weekends you can get a free small soup or salad with a sandwich order. They also offer 10% Senior discounts and discounts for those who work in the same shopping center. Of course, only one free item OR discount per order!

The gentleman at the register was kind, and knew his product. He advised me on the best sandwich based on my meat selection, and asked what type of bread I would like. The lady who made the sandwich was very sweet and paid attention to my take out order.

This Erik’s varies in service, sometimes its really quick and other times slow. I would tend to check the silverware to make sure it’s actually clean before you grab a soup spoon. The food however is always spot on, great sandwiches, good chili, and friendly service.

The staff appears to really dislike working here. Sandwiches were underwhelming compared to other Erik’s.

The food was terrible. The tuna salad and the potato salad was mainly mayo, the gluten free bread was old. I’ve been to other Erik’s before, several times, and had a great meal, so not sure what’s up with this location.
