Eric’s is the BEST for any sandwich ( breakfast or lunch sub )!! My wife absolutely loves their chicken salad, and the Italian sub is my go to! Eric’s is hands down the best deli in Sparta. Eric and Alexis are awesome and make you feel like family. The sandwich’s are top notch and they have a great variety of drinks and chips as well. You always get your monies worth as any sandwich you get could be a meal for two people! My personal favorite, get a buffalo chicken cheesesteak with cheddar and ranch in a wrap, its next level good.
