We ordered a delivery order, when we placed the order it was estimated 35 minutes for delivery- not too bad. The 35 minutes became 45+ minutes… I called the shop and they told me that the driver just left and he had a bunch of deliveries to make. 1.5 hours later we finally got our extremely soggy and cold meal. This isn’t the first time this has happened… Very disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The reason I disliked this visit was directly related to the staff. I approached the counter to order and instead of being greeted with even the most basic hello the girl at the register just stood there in silence and rolled her eyes at me until I spouted my order. The rest of them were no better when the gal standing next to this one said, “thanks” starting vacantly in a completly different direction with the most apathetic expression. I mean the food isn’t anything special enough to justify coming back for that kind of treatment. I’d rather not walk through the cloud of cigarette smoke from the delivery drivers standing outside. I don’t like being so harsh in these reviews but it was that bad.

Very poor staff . Apparently dont take cash either . Very rude and even more disrespectful when you tell.them your order was wrong. (3 different things were) .. called for new sandwich waited and hour and called back for the driver to answer and be extremely rude and say he will deliver it when he does . Finally another almost 25 minutes goes by and I received a very rude call about him being outside . I get outside and he instantly starts in on me about how he called the owner already and even helped our secured door open to continue to yell to Me up by stairs . Very disappointed and hope somethings happens about this awful service. Old staff or new it is never ok to treat some such a way .

46th and Grand Duluth MN 1:40 pm approx. Wish I could share pics or have a contact for the store here to share them.. Not available to. Staff needed help adding bacon to my turkey when ordering, may be new?, woulda been fine waiting had she smiled or shown any care… .I just stood there and she walked away. Second associate understood and took my order, I was gratefull. My brisket meat was so scarse the bread was litterally dry even after juggling it home. Cheese on one quarter. $33 for 2 sandwiches a soup and a small mac an cheese. Hoping my turkey for lunch tomorrow is good. Sorry Im done here second bad experience. Wish they were open to feedback I would have started there.

Open until 10, tried to place an order around 9:30 and was told their delivery driver already left for their last run. You close at a incredibly early time as it is and should expect to be receiving orders up until that time. It should not take any longer than 15-20 minutes to prepare and deliver an order in a good situation, I can understand being busy and it taking upwards of 30-45 for your drivers to complete their orders but if that’s the case then maybe adjust your staffing needs for close. Service like that is not only losing sales but ruining your image.
