My fault for coming 30 mins before closing but they were out of a couple meats.

I really liked this place. Just stopping in on my drive in to Minneapolis. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It kind of reminded me of a jimmy johns. The only complaint that I have is the food was kind of expensive. I also got the buffalo chicken sandwich and when I bit into it some of the chicken had like ice on it from being refrigerated. It grossed me out a little. Broccoli cheddar soup was soothing. Other than that it was great. I would return.

My daughter went in to possibly order. She was yelled at and told to leave and called a homeless person. We called to ask about it and they yelled at me for allowing my daughter to be out at this time (9:30 pm). They refused to give me the GM’s info ant got very rude with me and hung up on me.

I’ve noticed a lot of restaurants really don’t care about to go orders because they don’t have to face the customer and they mess it up or do it sloppy. NOT HERE! I had adjustments on my order and they were all done as they should be and with care. Attention to detail is such a good trait in a business. Screw subway I’m going here every time

Not the normal Erberts quality. Only one person working makes the service a little slow. I hate how these places prioritize online orders over walk in customers. We stood there for 10 minutes before we were e even acknowledged

Gave the benefit of the doubt tonight and yet they still managed to screw up our order. Forgot the soup and made a Neuron instead of the Beacon for my boyfriend. This isn’t the first time they have messed our orders up too
