Cozy little place and fair priced as the food wasn’t GREAT. I expected our meals to be a little more flavorful and quality and the staff more sociable..

Went to the wealthy street location and picked up Pad Thai and crab cheese bites. Not good, pad thai was bad, the chicken in it was chewy and old. Crab bites were dry and cold. Dont waste your time/money here.

Their service is quick and inexpensive with absolutely delicious food! I had the veggie Thai curry with red curry. I love the combo of red curry and coconut milk together. I substituted brown rice and added cashews; it was perfection! The medium is really quite spicy, so be careful. Unless you’re really into spicy, I would not order anything over mild.

We have given up on Erb Thai. 9 times out of 10, they’re either closed or don’t answer the phone when you call to place an order. I just ordered a nice meal for my family, which they accepted and then cancelled without explanation. Want good Thai take out? Try Mai Thai. Food is as good but they are reliable.

The foods is always incredible. We get it a few times a month. It’s our favorite choice for thai food. I know we are all frustrated with their hours but please keep supporting this small business!!!. They want to be open too and are being very negatively affected by staff shortages. Please stay open Erb Thai we love your food! Please keep your hours updated so we know when you are open 🙂 I’ll be there soon for my favorite lime leaf curry!

This is my second time eating here! I like everything I have eaten so far, however I feel it is a little runny (I am gluten free so not sure if that is why). The staff is friendly, they bring you your food you just have to take your try up after your done. The inside is small but who cares if it is good food.

Yet again, they took our order and abruptly closed 30 minutes after accepting it. Don’t take orders you can’t fulfill, it’s not okay and you do it SO OFTEN. It’s disrespectful to your customers. I could understand if it was once or twice, but it’s been 30%+ of the time.

I ordered the papaya salad and asked for little to no spice.. I can handle spicy food but this was unbearable to the point where I was sick to my stomach from how hot it was. I called and explained that I asked for no spice and I could not eat this and asked if they could remake it the way I originally asked. Now I’ve worked at Thai restaurants in the past and this is something that happened all the time, and we would always remake the customer’s food. But the lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and told me they would not remake my order unless I ordered a new one and paid full price. Very disappointing to say the least and some of the worst customer service. Save your money, there are much better and way more authentic Thai restaurants in town that actually care about their customers.

I have eaten at Erb Thai on and off for many years. Last night I ordered Curry Pad Thai gf with wide noodles and a level 4 spice. I was told there would be an extra $1 charge for the wide noodles. When I went to pick it up, the bill was over $16. I was told that they had to charge me $4 for gluten free (there’s no difference in sauces, I asked) and now $2 for the wide noodle. I asked why I’m being charged for something there’s been no alteration in sauce making but because I uttered the words “gluten free” he was charging me. I also asked why now I was being charged $2 for wide noodles when I was told $1? The man argued with me and asked me if I wanted the food, I said absolutely not for a dish that should have been $11, which I paid about three weeks ago. So if the menu changed in 2021 why didn’t I pay the same amount I paid three weeks previous? Horrible customer service!! I will NOT be going back.
