Very Disappointed. This is the second time we have ordered delivery and waited more than 2 hours to receive our food. I called at the 1 hour mark and they swore it would be 10 minutes more. Called again at 2 hour mark, told 10 minutes again. The food is all cold. We won’t be returning, which is a shame since this has always been our go to place. Pretty much ruined our date night, my husband is furious.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ll start off with the price. The menu did not match the actual price I ended up paying. When I included taxes I paid almost $7 more than I was supposed to. The rice must’ve been at least 24 to 36 hours old. The pork was barely even a thing in my meal. The chicken seemed to have been made with expired ingredients. The lady had a ton of attitude on the phone and I should’ve cancelled my order when she was arguing with me about questions that I had. I’ll put it to you like this, I rather eat MRE’s than order from this place again.

Absolutely the worst chinese place in jacksonville nc, and thats impressive to be honest. Waited 3 hours for delivery for the stoner delivery guy to hand me cold inedible slop. Stay FAR away from this fake food place, its probably a front for some shady other stuff, because their food is simply the worst in the business, and customer service isnt far off either.

Should have looked at reviews before I ordered. For context, I ordered delivery on Valentine’s Day, so I expected the food to be delivered a bit later than usual. But I waited 2 and a half hours to get my food! After an hour and a half, I called to check on the order, and they said the driver just left and that they should be there soon. After another half hour passed, I called back, and they said that the one driver had SEVEN orders to deliver all over town, so they couldn’t guarantee when it would be delivered. By the time we got our food, it was cold and soggy. The noodles tasted stale and the edamame was way over salted. And it was wayyy more expensive than ordering pizza, which I will order next time instead of this place. They need to hire more delivery drivers and get better food.

Waited over two hours for my food to be delivered. Called about an hour and a half in, and they said “it’s on the way” and hung up. Waited another 40 minutes after that. Got my food, and it was horrible quality and the portions were so small. Would never order again.

Ordered 45 mins before closing and my teriyaki chicken and wontons burnt to a crisp. I haven’t eaten all day so imma eat what I can but I’m not happy for the price and what I got. Haven’t tried beef low mein or chicken rice yet I’m full on burnt wonton and burnt chicken I’m poor now and just overall sad.

Called to tell me I did not tip driver enough. I told her I would tip when he got here, I did, but then found out she added $5. to my bill for a driver tip without my authorization. So I will never order again from here and will not recommend this place to anyone. The food wasn’t great either.
