I got the combo lo mein and it is so good! Really big portions lots of meat and the taste is great too.. kinda greasy but the flavor is so good I don’t even care. The two younger kids a girl and guy at the register did a good job too. The inside looks kinda sketch though, lol

Emporer’s on ridge has long been a family favorite for take out Asian cuisine. Generous portions, with excellent flavor. The only complaint I have is the lo mein has been inconsistent with varying quality of noodles. The rice is always on par though. Double dumpling Wednesday is a great time to visit. I would have rated it higher, but the lady at the counter gave our food order to a different customer and now we have to wait for our order to be remade.

The food is good, but don’t count on the drinks. We ordered fountain drinks, discovered their dispenser wasn’t carbonating anything, and let them know. They weren’t actually interested in fixing it and didn’t offer to refund the cost of the drinks.

Food is alright, but you guys don’t know how to make the order right. Then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get it made correctly. Definitely will be going to a different location next time ridge location is not the move.

my chicken was pink, and the place was absolutely dirty. the manager was also one of the rudest people ever just standing outside chain smoking most of the time.I’d avoid this disaster at all costs, it’s sad if the place was managed by some one else im sure it could really pick up.

Why is the guy who answers the phone at the Ridge location so rude? I think he’s also the cook and maybe even the owner!. I must have upset him because I wouldn’t order an order of 6 egg rolls when I only wanted 4- (they don’t have that option so I ordered 2 orders of 2) and he really has a problem with me doing that. This was the 6th or 7th time I’ve tried to do it that way and he makes it almost impossible. He jerked up my order and gave me hibachi chicken instead of hibachi shrimp- and it had NO flavor. My egg rolls were fried to a dark brown – and we’re way overdone. SO disappointing! Even though it’s not as close, I will be going to the Maple Street location from now on because of him!

I hate leaving negative reviews to restaurants, as I know it’s someone’s money that could be messed with, but I’d hope they read the reviews and adjust some things. We used to eat here regularly, but around 8 months ago something changed. Our total was nearly $70 for a family of 4, but the teriyaki chicken was 6 dime sized pieces of chicken! We gave it one more try,this time the rice was bad tasting and hard in places, my husband’s noodles were soggy, and my chicken Was so dry, my dog didn’t even want it! =/ please go back to what you were doing in 2019. The food was so much better!
