Order a number of times and a number of dishes hoping for it to have been just an off day each time, as the quality and taste were just not good. Unfortunately it never changed, so it is what it is. Although edible it is from my experiences the worst in Chinese food choices in Naples. And I eat in a lot of different Chinese restaurants around Naples.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The first time I came and ordered the hot and sour soup it tasted fabulous. I ordered a large hot and sour soup last night with additional dishes and it was horrible, tasted burnt and unsure how they made it or what they put in it however when I called today asking them to let me bring it back in for a replacement they refused to honor their food quality. I was also overcharged for crispy noodles (which I did not mention as I was willing to let the overcharge pass) so it appears that they will do anything to save $.10 and they obviously don’t care about their return clients concerns. Sadly, I would find another restaurant This is the very first review on a restaurant that I’ve posted and I hate that it Has to be this negative however Customer service is so important as is the quality of the food. This is the best fast food Chinese restaurant in town. Food is always fresh and made to order. It is family owned and operated. The family is very friendly and will answer any of your questions. They are very quick and the food is cooked right.

Typical Chinese food on a strip next to grocery shopping stores. Food was freshly made from previously processed ingredients after the order was placed. Not many tables for dining in. Most people do take out.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and they never let me down! Their food is def worth the money! Food is amazing across the board and they have modified food orders for me as well (i.e. Hot and sour soup but without mushroom, tofu). It’s hard to find restaurants that will modify food orders. I highly recommend Emperor Express!
