We were here for Valentine’s dinner and had some of the best veal dishes we have had in years. From the appetizers through dessert everything was prepared perfectly, the flavors were balanced and rich.

Such great food!! We were a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their meal! We had calamari and rice balls for appetizers which were delicious. We ordered the pasta with scallops, pasta with clams, osso bucca, and all weee great! Fantastic service!

This place is divine! The food is exceptional and how could it not be with ownership of about 30 solid years standing behind it. Everything from being greeted by Emilio himself, to the wine, to each course and our server, Kerri (apologies if misspelled) was genuine and enjoyable! Thank you for a lovely first evening in VA. A wonderful night of dining to the beginning our weekend of exploration here! We will definitely be adding this place to our favorites! Ciao!

The host who greeted us was rude, an older gentleman. The food was good, but my vegetarian pasta tasted like shrimp even though there was no shrimp in it. The server was very nice but only came to our table when she had to ; to get our order, serve the food, and give the bill to us.

The staff seemed rather unorganized as soon as we got there. When we were seated, we noticed yellow jackets hanging around. I watched one land on the table and realized it was going after what appeared to be a drink that had been spilled and dried to the table. At that point, I realized the table didn’t seem all that clean.

My family went to Emilio’s last night for supper and we couldn’t have treated any better! Ashley greeted us upon arrival and checked in with us during our visit. Our waiter William is a true master at his craft. He was on point with everything and was very accommodating with our baby. I highly suggest asking for him as your waiter, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy an incredible meal and very knowledgeable staff.

Service experience could have been much better. Wait staff was slow and needs to pay attention to detail. Appitizer and salad dishes remained on the table throughout our main course and should have been cleared, numerous wait staff walked by without clearing discarded dishes. Drinks were refilled without ice, had to ask for ice. Bread was to be served with dinner, had to ask for the bread. Main course was just okay.

I only say one star as their clam chowder was good. We had to ask for water refills, ask for our salads and bread. The salad dressing wanted by fiancee was unavailable so he waited 20 minutes while I ate my salad. Then we were told our entrees were dropped to the floor and would we like to check out as kitchen was swamped and pay for what we had ate. We asked to speak to the manager, who did not materialize. This all took an hour and a half. We ended up eating at Chick-fil-A.

Came here for the first time on Friday evening and it was amazing! We came here for a late valentines dinner and the food was phenomenal. Lots of vegetarian options to choose from! I chose the butternut squash ravioli and I made a comment to my boyfriend, I wish I had a spoon because the sauce was THAT good. Will definitely be back soon!

Very good! My wife and sister had the lobster ravioli and I had the canonoli. Food was authentic tasting. Waitor was very knowledgeable of the food and prounonced the Italian names with an Italian flare. The setting was classy, but not quite 5 star worthy. The building is in need of some attention with some water damage. Silver ware a little old looking.
