As a consumer rule # 1 – Never spend money where you are not greeted! I walked into this store at 8:25 pm. on 5/9/2023. The employee looked me directly in the face and said nothing. It would have been great if she’d even said, “Get out.” No greeting whatsoever. I didn’t immediately leave, I should have. In fact, I waited my turn and still ordered a Tropical Sunrise Acai bowl. Always follow your 1st mind! What I received was the result of, “You should have stopped while you were ahead.” I was very disappointed with the product I received. The acai was less than half the “cup” but then filled with granola and other ingredients. So very disappointing. This was my 1st time visiting this store, and I will never return. Oh, by the way, the person that came in after me was happily greeted. The people before me were told to have a good evening as they were leaving. As I was leaving, you could only hear the noise of the traffic outside as I opened the door. No worries, I won’t return. Your silence lets me know I am not welcomed here.

Smoothies are great but the customer service could be a little better. Each time I come in, the people who are working there never seem like they enjoy being there – ordering smoothies and them making it for you seems like I’m placing an inconvenience on them. This will be the last time I will be going to this location.

I will never patronize Emerald City Smoothie after how I was treated as a driver. I walked in and I could see my order was ready, sitting behind the counter. The store was relatively busy, so I sat patiently at the pick up counter waiting for one of the girls to have a second to give me the order. I was ignored for several minutes and when one gal finally asked me if I was there to pick up an order, she told me that I needed to get in line because company policy is to prioritize customers. I pointed to the order behind the counter and confirmed that it was my order with her, she said yes and she told me once more that customers are their priority that I needed to get in line, refusing to just hand me the already made, frozen, time constrained beverages. Either this store’s management has come up with the most asasnign and backwards customer service policy I have ever seen, or these gals are completely lacking in the indepent, critical thinking skills that would allow them to realize that the order belongs to a CUSTOMER who has already paid, and the amount of time it would take to move the drinks the 5 feet from one side of the counter to the other would not remotely hinder their flow of helping the other customers in line. Absolutely insane. I’ve never actually wanted to go full Karen on someone before, however I did bite my tongue and waited patiently in line for her to walk FARTHER to bring my order to the front counter than if she had just handed it to me while I was standing right in front of it. She could have handed me that order 5 times in the amount of time spent screwing around because of this so called policy.

Ordered a 32oz PBJ and received a 24oz. Brought it up and told me “there must of been some miscommunication”, even though they charged me for a 32oz and she even repeated back the order to the cashier. Oof.

This was my 1st time walking into this store the one near Grocery Outlet in Puyallup. I usually go to Jamba ___ but their service has not been present, and the quality has been watery. The customer service, the hospitality and quality of their product was the best. I have found my new Go2 place to grab a pick me up, and a cool down place to go.

I come here all the time and it never fails, there is one girl that works there messes up my order EVERTIME. If I pay for a 32oz she gives me a 24oz, If I order a 24oz it’s the wrong drink or taste COMPLETELY different then every other worker. Today 06/15/22. At 10:50am. Short slight tan brown hair always wears a hat. Avoid ordering drinks from her.
