Where to begin, first off I’d like to give a huge props to Paul, who took care of my wife & I throughout our entire dining experience. Thank you Paul.

I took my 2 teens here today for the 1st time. We live in Charlotte & thought of giving another Peruvian restaurant a try again. I’m from NY & unfortunately I can’t find any good Peruvian restaurants. I’m only giving this restaurant a 5 because the service is good. Food slightly bland. I’m Peruvian so unfortunately I know how the food should taste. We ordered Yucitia & it came with huancaína sauce which it wasn’t bad. I order 1/2 rotisserie chicken & house rice it came with huacatay sauce it’s was basically water down & the chicken needed a lot more flavor. My boys orders arroz chaufa. Oh & also my food was room temperature. Unfortunately I would not drive out there for this food. The service was great, but not the food. We all have different taste buds, but how I said I know how Peruvian food should taste.

The Lomo Saltado is a must try! It’s one of the better Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to outside of Miami. The milhojas was a perfectly sweet ending. I look forward to trying the whole menu.

Just through casual conversations with my friend, I mentioned Viva chicken and how I like their food. My friend immediately recommended to meet up again at Embur Fire Fusion. And boy….was she right about it.

The plate is amazing, this is the best Peruvian restaurant in NC. Usually in the Arroz Chaufa plate the restaurants use to have low quality meat ( which is fine) but here they have an amazing fillet with the Arroz Chaufa. The Yuca croquettes are amazing too. I will comeback to Greensboro just for this restaurant

Food was good but empanada was too dry. Other than that, steak was good and chimichuri was great!

This Peruvian food is always good. Our favorites are the chaufa which is a Peruvian dish with vegetables that you can add a protein. The roasted chicken also is wonderful. Great craft cocktails too. Sometimes the service is a bit slow because it is always crowded. The noise can be very loud and it can be hard to hear when they are busy. I wish they would add some noise canceling fabric around the ceiling area to help the acoustics.

I believe this restaurant is under new management based on older reviews. We visited for lunch and the waitress was very helpful and friendly explaining menu and suggesting dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious and fast served. It is an intimate place so if you get bothered by bistro type places sitting close to other people then this place or any place downtown for that matter is not for you. Overall our experience was great and look forward to trying their salmon salad. The steak does have a price increase so be mindful when ordering online if you have ordered in the past.

First time there. Unsure of if what to expect at a Peruvian Italian restaurant. All were pleasantly surprised. Different flavors to known foods.
