After a long day on the golf course we decided to stop here for what we thought would be a quick bite to eat in after round drink. If you’re looking for your prototypical “19th hole” this is not. This is a very nice solid restaurant with a eclectic menu and the prices to match.

I really enjoyed our meal here. Cocktails were tasty and spirit forward. The burger was delicious. The creamed spinach and mushrooms also great. I loved my wagyu stead and it was a ton of steak for the price.

Loved this steakhouse, the presentation with the steak knives was cool and the croissants for the starter instead of bread was different and very welcomed. The filet I got was good, just wasn’t as great as Cowboy Star or Born and Raised. The bar was great, espresso martinis done well here! Will definitely be back soon.

Love their outdoor balcony and fire pits. Great setting to have a drink and snack. The tomato salad was refreshing, light, and tasty.

OK, it’s a golf clubhouse, not a place to usually find pulse thumping food selections. But this is also a main restaurant for the Park Hyatt Aviara, and a Richard Blais celebrity chef establishment. So we went to lunch. Very nice shuttle ride down from the Park Hyatt if you’re staying there. The restaurant is above the pro shop but you enter from ground level through a very nice portico. You are greeted by a bar, usually habited by several duffers. The dining area is large and has indoor and terrace seating. We had the Crispy Onion Blossom which was a lightly battered and non-greasy version of the faux Australian version. The dipping sauce was a fennel pollen ranch and it usually comes with a hot chicken style ribbon of sauce which we forewent. Pretty darn good. I had two Signature Snacks, the Lobster Knuckle Sandwich and the Shrimp Cocktail. The sandwich was on a New England style top split bun and stuffed with lobster, crowned with a mostarda. The shrimp cocktail presentation was underwhelming but with plenty of shrimp and an excellent cocktail sauce. That’s a lunch! My wife had the Steak Fries, a 10oz Brandt Ranch strip steak with triple cooked fries. We couldn’t stop eating the fries, except to down pieces of the perfectly medium rare strip. And the kimchi ketchup was a tangy accompaniment to the fries with a bordelaise for the steak. No room for dessert.

We tried a little bit of everything. We got 5 different menu items from “snacks” and “accessories” and everything was so delicious and interesting. The brisket jalapeno poppers were my personal favorite. We also got 5 different cocktails from the craft cocktail menu (I think we tried all but 1 or 2). Our bartender was the person who created the menu and was extremely knowledgeable about the delicious drinks. We will be back for sure. Everything exceeded my expectations. It is on the pricey side, but it is very high quality ingredients all around and worth it if you want a treat.

A beautiful restaurant with a very serene atmosphere. I was visiting the area with a group of friends and we were able to have lunch here.

The atmosphere is really cool and the wait staff is great. However the food was underwhelming. We ordered the crab bucatini, the jalapeno was non existent in the dish, and the pasta needed salt. The scarlet chicken was better, but was not impressive overall. The smoked ember cocktail is neat, but very smoky so be prepared for that flavor.

I have been following Richard’s story and since Top Chef. It’s funny how you can become so enthralled watching someone cook on TV and just know what they’re making is delicious.

This restaurant is pricey but 1000% worth every penny! Delicious food (the best fries I’ve ever eaten and I will dream about the garlic croissants). Staff super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable
