This restaurant offered only a set menu 2 items for $65 and 3 for $75 per person. Its a high priced meal with several game meat options. Excellent service and good food though I wasn’t wowed with all of the food, especially with the price. My favorite part was the dessert: blueberry pie actually

We loved it! The food was phenomenal. The flavor combinations were inspired and interesting. We loved the way the chef was so creative to pull so many different flavors on a dish and have them compliment each other so well. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind. He anticipated our wants and needs and also gave us something a little extra.

With such a unique menu, I was highly unsure what to expect or if it would be a hit or miss kind of place. I had a great experience. Our server was very sweet, and gave good recommendations, she definitely made the night. I loved everything here, even some unexpected flavors I was nervous about pairing together. Would try again when a new seasonal menu rolls around!

What a FANTASTIC meal! Our server Connor was outstanding, explaining each course and specific dishes. The menu does not do the chef justice… each course was exceptional. The lemon soup was sublime. The lobster, halibut, tenderloin were enjoyed by all. Desert was amazing. Great job Chef and staff!

Ember provides a culinary experience you won’t find anywhere else. For lack of a better word, Chef Scotty Boshaw’s dishes are masterpieces for the eyes and the tastebuds. Seriously – this is some of the best food I’ve ever had, and for the price, it’s a steal. Don’t miss this place on your visit to Breckenridge!!!

The bartender took great care of us and the food was superb. Very laid back spot in Breck that has really nice food and drinks.

We went out for a fancy dinner for our wedding anniversary and this place was just what we were looking for. A casual vibe with incredible food and great service! The woman behind the bar was amazing. She was helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly. We will absolutely go back again!!

Our family picked this venue as they were the only place available for a large group on short notice, and I have no idea why it wasn’t packed. The food was INCREDIBLE, as the chef takes you on a flavor experience. The combinations may look strange on the menu, but I promise you they’re carefully thought out to bring a unique experience on every plate. They were serving their summer menu when I visited, so I chose the Lentil Chorizo soup as my appetizer, the Beef Tenderloin for my main, and the Salted Pretzel Bread Pudding for my dessert. Everything was stellar, the service was great and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy in the “Wine Attic.” I’m extremely inclined to drive the 60 miles just to try their winter menu. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Ember is a great choice if you are looking for modern food at a fair price. Ember accommodated our small intimate wedding and provided the perfect space for our dinner and reception! Our guests could not stop raving about how good the food and art was. The staff even cleared the second floor to allow us and our guests to dance, which was so much fun! We can’t wait to come back to Ember again.

Pretty disappointed. Some parts are good but other parts need work. I get there is a creative artistic twist that is fun but it’s very hit or miss. The Waygu was a very poor cut of meat definitely don’t recommend. We had a party of seven and I was a bit embarrassed. I talked up the place having not been here before and definitely had to apologize. The service is great. The atmosphere is great but the food unfortunately is mediocre at best. At $75 a plate you would expect something a bit better. At the end of the day, It comes down to the quality of the ingredients which were very subpar. Very poor vegetarian options. The experience was a slow motion high end culinary train wreck.
