Our amazing story started in Pachuca, Hidalgo, MX a long time ago with our own cornfield. We started preparing our corn with different ingredients and our secret homemade salsas making esquites and serving the nearby communities.
Elotes Fanny since then has grown to have various locations in the United States including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Garland, Texas. We’ve been recognized for serving one of the most Authentic Prepared Elote (esquites) within the United States.
People love the authenticity that our prepared Elotes bring to the table. We don’t use canned corn or artificial flavors, our Elotes are prepared fresh at the moment. Our homemade salsas bring the final touch that can’t be replaced.

Food is amazing! But the customer service is not there, I understand why the restrooms need to be locked but good luck getting an employee to open them, you will get nickel and dimed, my sons cup started leaking, and they wanted to charge him right then and there as his was drink was leaking all over the place.. the toppings bar is unique

We order a Chamoyada a magonada and hot Cheetos corn on the cob and corn in a cup . The chamoyada was brown it’s supposed to be Red we have been to a lot of places around metro plex and have never seen it that color . We tasted it and it was Tamarindo . We told the employees and they said that’s how they make it. I showed them pictures from website and it wasn’t the same color . They was rude and didn’t ask if we wanted something else or a to fix it . We added camoy to it but still didn’t taste right

Corn had no flavor. Drinks and ice cream are mid. The lady behind the counter was rude. I know Spanish well enough but my friends struggle. The lady behind the counter kept saying in Spanish how embarrassing it was that they didn’t speak Spanish. No efforts to speak English and when she did she treated them as they were dumb. Will not recommend or go back. I am not the only one with the problem. There’s plenty of places to go to . This is not one of them

Do you like delicious food? Then this is not your place. The food tastes bland and the strawberry drink tasted awful. Idk how people can recommend places like this but I wouldn’t trust them as friends. Seriously, if you have friends look them up and see what they are recommending and if they are recommending places like these then you need to say goodbye to them. Imagine them presenting you people to the equivalent quality of this place, no thanks. First impressions are important and this place failed miserably.

This place needs a more friendly staff that will greet its customers so they feel welcomed. There is always an awkard silence when I come here, its rude and unprofessional. Then when they take your order it’s hard to hear them because the music is louder than their voice. It’s hard to see what all they have when the menu on the screen keeps moving also they do not post their prices on their menu which is another thing I do not like. I was asked if I wanted my corn in a cup with everything on it and I said yes so I assumed it came with everything on it but they only added mayo and cojita cheese. They did not even mention the self serve table with all the condiments.

So when we go inside the place it was nice I love the decorations but the lady at the register messed up my whole order, at some point the lady doing my elote was arguing with me about putting cheetos on my elote which I paid for and it was just so frustrating because they were rude and all i wanted was an elote with cheetos. Needless to say next time I’ll just make my own authentic elote it will definitely come out cheaper.
