We really enjoyed our time at Elliott’s. Even at 5pm there was a 45 minute wait since they have only been open a week, but we were still able to get seats at the bar. The Elliott’s cocktail is a perfect combination of sweet and spicy. We also had the Okra appetizer, which was perfectly cooked. We had the Turkey & Dressing and the Beef Spare ribs. Both were moist and tender. The creamed corn could use an improved seasoning a it was a bit bland, as was the collard greens. The dressing was more like a mushy texture instead of firm and was hidden under the turkey. Since it was named Turkey & dressing I did feel like the dressing needs to be more true to Southern style dressing but the flavor was good.

We had a great experience at Elliott’s last night. I ordered the smash burger with the squash casserole. It was delicious. We also ordered the fried okra, green fried tomatoes and deviled eggs. Everything was good. The deviled eggs could have used more flavor. They give you corn bread muffins and butter. They we’re pretty dry. Our waitress was Abbey and she was great! We’ll definitely be back.

I had the country fried chicken with pimento cheese and country gravy and my sides were the green beans and the squash casserole. Absolutely delicious! I had the chicken salad egg rolls as an appetizer those were also fantastic!

Staff is so friendly, the space itself is beautiful, great drinks, but the food is so bland.

It’s nice to have a new place in PTC, unfortunately I don’t see the hype. The service was good. The crafted cocktails good. Personally, I think the overhead lighting is too bright for evening dining. Also not a fan of a booth that seats six. It was a little too cramped for that many adults. The food was ok. We were a larger party who ordered several apps and all different entrees and the reviews were mixed. The main complaint was the food being bland. The prices are very fair and on point with the area. The owner was making the rounds and visible, though never spoke to our table. I’m willing to give it another shot- just confused how it’s virtually impossible to get a reservation there within a week.

Deviled eggs, chicken fried chicken with melted pimento cheese, bacon braised green beans, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato casserole were all amazing. Ribeye steak was pretty meh. Service was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend!

The food was delicious and not your regular chain restaurant menu. Best meal I’ve had in PTC in years.

Rather slow, however this was their opening weekend and many people were jammed in to eat. The food is excellent.
