Going there for years when restaurant namesake used to run the store herself, restaurant have gone thru at least half a dozen ownerships since then, Famous Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best if you eat there , Aman style sandwiches are my 2nd fav. Rest of the items are hit or miss , recently they got a new chef who definitely know how to make NAAN ( Fresh Baker Flat Bread )

The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes that catered to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. I opted for the Chicken Tikka Masala and was blown away by the flavors and tenderness of the chicken. The dish was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of spices. The naan bread served alongside was soft and perfectly cooked.

On our way back from Miami to Orlando, we were looking for a halal place to eat. My husband found out about this from a brother at jumma prayer. Overall, the restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms super clean. We ordere:

Only eaten here one other time many years ago pre covid, I remember the food being good. Although I have seen reviews stating the quality is not the same over the recent years. I had buttered chicken, naan, chicken biryani rice, and rasmalai to finish. Portions were good the biryani rice was large and plenty to take home. The food was good overall however I will say its not the best that I’ve had. The establishment when you enter is clean & the lady that attended us was very nice. The menu is limited however on Indian dishes available. Hopefully they can expand their menu soon the in the future. Was also pricey for what we ordered $50.

Pathetic experience.

Ok I’m changing my review from 5 starts to 1 star. We have been coming here for quite some time now and the food and service has usually been good but today we had a horrible experience. The service was absolutely horrendous, the server had a very bad attitude, took a while to serve our table, forgot things that we orders and last but not least after all this the food was all cold. Literally every item ordered from the sub to the curry and naan all was cold. Seems like was it was sitting out for a while and they never bought it out. We are never returning here and will not recommend.

Delivery of food was very fast. The rice that came with the order was good as well. But that’s all the good things I can say about my order.

went yesterday with family for dinner, took longer then usual to get the food even thought we had called our order in before arriving, food for most part was good but the nihari was not on par to nihari they usually serve which is normally good, this time was very oily and didnt even have nihari taste, meat pieces had alot of fat, I hope the owner informs the chef to do better job food quality so its consistent. service was good, the ladies working at restaurant do their best.

What a mistake to go there. First time we thought let’s try this halal restaurant. After 20 minutes of ordering we were told samosa chaat not available. Then we ordered Chinese but she said Chinese chef is busy in making a party order. The chicken tikka was downright spoilt. I still am worried why I ate it. Biryani was just plain rice mixed with chicken salan and full of oil. Nothing was commendable. Time and money wasted. Food was served late. The girls weren’t even coming for the order. For everything we had to go to the counter like give us spoon. Give us plates. For everything they said it coming. Firstly it’s not a women’s job to serve tables in the Muslim culture so I can understand the avoidance. But honestly time and money wasted. Just hoping I don’t get food poison from the spoilt tikka. Yes only the spicy chicken burger was good.

Aslam Walikum, Is this food actually HALAL or is it “halal” ? For the meat to be classified as HALAL it needs to be slaughtered in a specific way, a way in which most South Florida restaurants have failed to provide. The bright flashing blue and red “halal” sign is truly false advertisement in most of these restaurants. There is a difference between hand slaughtered meat and the meat that most “halal” restaurants have. Many restaurants get their meat from a farm that has an audio recording playing instead of an actual person doing it!
