we arrived a little early that evening. the chef came out to greet us which was a nice touch. the heart of Palm appetizers was a vegetarian dish that left nothing wanting . next we had Italian rolls and the wrapped was perfectly crisp and didn’t overpower the sausage, cheese and spinach core. I had the special squid ink pasta for the first time which was a great novelty. I’ll definitely be coming here again!

Started off with the blueberry meatballs and the special portobello mushroom stack. Both were delicious. I ordered the gnocci special, which was in a cream sauce with spinach , tomatoes and onions , the gnocci were probably one of the best I have had. They were like soft pillows others ordered the Nonnas Pasta with meatballs and sausage. Spinach salad as well. For dessert, we went with the creme Brule cheesecake. It was excellent. The food was excellent. Very fair pricing. Staff was on the ball, and the owner, at least I think he was, allowed us to stay past closing and not once tried to get us to leave. I apologized for staying late, as we didn’t realize because we were having a great time and dining outside. His response was, “Don’t worry about us, as long as you enjoyed yourselves.” I then thanked him for a wonderful evening. We look forward to going back there again! Highly Recommend!!! Thanks again!

I was on a week-long TDY in New York and on my last night my co-workers and I ate here and let me tell you, this is the absolute BEST Italian food I have ever had! And I’ve actually been to Italy. Every dish was savory and filling and it just kept coming. The service from Diana was top tier and we were even able to meet Paulie, the owner and he was such a cool guy. In the future, whenever I’m in NY I must eat here!

Honestly, Elisa’s is the best restaurant around! We have been going there for over 20 years. The owners, Paul and Rocky are always gracious and trying to please. Best of all, is the continuing variety on their menu. We are vegetarians and they always have something new and intriguing for us to try! Thanks to all!

Went for the first time last night. Food was excellent. Blue berry meatballs were extraordinary. Savery yet subtilty sweet and fruity. Tortolini B was fantastic. Creamy sauce with pancetta and mushrooms. Chianti was one of the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Christian was attentive but not intrusive. Great experience.

I can’t believe I never reviewed my favorite restaurant! I’ve been going here for years and every time I go to a different restaurant I feel like I’m cheating! I’ve NEVER had a bad meal here! Rocky and Paolo are so sweet and really care about their food and their guests. Waitstaff is always above and beyond and friendly. I’ve had countless special dinners and parties here and here’s to many more! A million stars to Elisa’s!
