I recently visited Elevation Burger at Fair Oaks Mall, excited to enjoy their renowned halal burgers that had been a staple on their menu.

I’m a burger snob. I love a good burger . . .I can’t eat fast food burgers (ick). This was my first time visiting Elevation Burger- I didn’t know that this is a local chain. I was very impressed. I love that they have a lettue wrap option, my burger was fresh, juicy, yummy and kinda healthy. The olive oil french fries were really good to. The prices are VERY FAIR for what you get. I guess some other other reviews were written by folks used to ordering off “Dollar Menus”. GREAT FOOD, Friendly service. I look forward to coming back to this location. I think Till prepared my burger- it was awesome!!!

If you’re going to charge me $21 for a burger, fries, and a bottled soda, it needs to be damned good. No onions on my BBQ burger, fries were soggy, and their drink cooler temp was way too warm…

This place is so expensive. The burgers don’t come with fries. It’s separate. Their vegan milkshakes are like ten bucks. And the burger is basic. They have a deal where if you purchase a meal you get a can soda for free which is so out of touch with the average consumer’s wallet. Find somewhere else to eat

First of all this location offers HALAL!!! So that’s great news! They do have bacon though. Burger was oaky I would say. I was hungry but the burger didn’t taste that tasty to me. I think I had better burgers and I think they can also do better! Service was good. Store was neat and clean and nice. Food also came out quick. Overall not a bad spot to grab a burger if you are in the mall. L

I got the advertised G.O.A.T burger which is the greatest of all time and also has goat cheese. It was pricey, ~$14, but very good. The beef is very high quality and the French fried were made when ordered. Nothing had sat. The potatoes were whole potatoes (skins on).

Employees were totally apathetic. Cashiers overlooked that my order was done for 15min while I was waiting for it in front of them. Burgers were barely warm and unlabeled (vegetarian etc.)

I love elevation burger. I get burgers here at least once a week. Their buns is fluffy not smushed up like other burger places. The meat is well done very tender. I would totally recommend this place to everyone who loves burgers.

Tables were dirty, it took them a long time to get our order out and when it was done the cheese in the fries was hard and cold, they messed up the cheese I asked for and the burger was overdone. Expensive burgers, not worth it. Won’t be coming back
