Aye, this place hit for real, for real, was driving by and saw the signs and my girl said that looks good. They have signs on the road displaying there food. I thought well lets try it out because it did look good.

Small local place with amazing food and a family style atmosphere. I’m stuffed but still want more.

I am so happy I came here on my trip to Vegas. I got the quesabirria con consume. The portion size was huge! Could not even eat half of it. It was the best birria I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). The consumé was out of this world. And all for about $10. Can’t beat it!

Pretty sure I just had the best taco in my life. Tons of food for the money too. 100% will be back.

Tasty Mexican hole in the wall joint. Birria anything and soup/stews are great here! Takes credit card. $2.69 street tacos, $3.49 Quesabirria comes with meat juice to dip in. Working class everyday eats place. There’s a tiny indoor enclosed patio for outdoor seating, and a small cozy indoor seat area. The sauces were okay. But food overall seems more clean or slow cooked than other places.

My go to spot that is on the Southwest side of the Strip. It’s difficult trying to find a decent Mexican restaurant on the Southwest side, but El Zarape does not disappoint. We mainly go there for their Menudo, but they have good Lengua and Pastor tacos and some of the best Horchata. I’ve also tried their Chilaquiles and they are better than most places. They have a small dine-in area, but also the option to sit outside. If you’re in the area, stop in and give them a try. They have a few other locations on the North side.

What a delicious place to cure a hangover in Las Vegas!! Not too far from the strip and the place has great non vegas food prices. Make time to go there because it gets busy with all the locals knowing where to come get delicious authentic Mexican food. The chorizo con huevos are excellent and they flour tortillas are made by hand. Also had the fideo soup. My friend had the menudo and machaca and we also ordered a plate of chicken taquitos to split. There is also outside seating as well as indoor but use the outdoor seating to drink your tall can while you wait for your food. Also had the champurrado and it was to die for !

We ate at El Zarape. It’s only a short 4 min drive from The Orleans. It is located off the strip in an industrial area. Plenty of parking in front. If your looking an authentic Mexican cuisine that’s not gonna break the bank you must stop at El Zarape. It is delicious and reminded me of my Nana’s cooking. We had the Chile relleno it came with rice and beans and tortillas. We also had a taco de Cameron and a taco de pescado and quesabirria it came with a cup of consumé all for under 25.00. They had two sauces one was a tomatillo based sauce that was very mild the other was an orange habanero sauce that had a lot of flavor. They were busy but offered prompt and very friendly service definitely a local favorite.

Stopped in here for breakfast before leaving Vegas back home. The breakfast burrito and horchata drink were both great, the cashier/worker was really friendly, and the atmosphere felt cozy. Thanks for a good experience!
