First time, but I’ll probably give them another shot because the tajadas con pollo looks good on the menu. Baleadas were undercooked and not worth it. My order of baleadas was wrong I got charged for 2 L horchatas and a small when I really received 2 small and 1 L.

Excellent service the food service was very friendly! If you want try Honduras food come here! The place is amazing and I recommend a lot! One more thing the FEES SERVICE that I don’t like the tips is one thing but FEES SERVICE! THAT IS CRAZY!

Food is okay but they charge you a 18% service fee without letting the customer know and service is bad. High class restaurants charge a service fee with 5 people or more. This restaurant is way far from being a high class restaurant. For sure will not visit ever again.

I love trying new places I was excited to try El Valle based on the reviews, plus I like supporting smaller establishments. I will admit food is delicious but the service was awful. We had dinner there on Monday around 6:15 the place was pretty empty the music blasting way too loud to the point of being uncomfortable. Our waitresses rather socialize than tend to the customer. Be aware that they charge a service fee and credit card fee. I unfortunately will not eat at El Valle again, maybe they need some type of management to help run the place or they need to hire personnel with customer service experience.

Decent food. It’s not bad. It’s not a 5 star restaurant so you shouldn’t expect high class food for cheap but it’s very good for the price range. Would recommend!

I wish I could still give this place 5 stars. A few months ago I could. Unfortunately the quality of the food has steadily gone down hill. Not sure if they have a different cook now or what’s going on. The portions and quality just aren’t there anymore.
