We were seated less than 20 seconds from entering, had our drinks within 2 minutes and food in between 5-7 minutes after ordering. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared and our server was very friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!

I love this restaurant!!! I always get the beef tacos with Mexican cheese and enchiladas sauce with beans and cheese and rice. Their enchiladas and burritos are delicious to. I love their fried ice cream !!!! I can’t stop craving it. The owners Micheal and Delia are so very pleasant and professional they both make you feel like your at home. I also like fact they are Mexicans and they make their food homemade.

I have only eaten here once, and I won’t be eating there again. I wanted fajitas, and they are the only restaurant around here that serves them. I have eaten fajitas in pretty much every city in North America. My sister had never had them, so I thought it would be a nice treat for her. The fajitas were the worst that I have ever had. Serving fajitas that are this bad borders on criminal behavior, in my opinion. It’s almost as criminal as another place that had prime rib on their menu, but served it without au jus and horseradish. Venango County is a strange place in general, from a culinary perspective. I try to adjust my expectations accordingly. But the fajitas I was served at El Toro were something that a hungry hobo in an alley would have disappointed by.

One of only 2 Mexican restaurants within an hour’s drive from Tionesta. The food here is good. However, like many restaurants, their post-Covid menu is quite limited.

use to be one of my favorite places to eat. me and my sister ordered yesterday 1 steak fajita in one chicken fajita. After about a 15 minutes drive home we opened it up and realized they had given us 2 steak fajita and I don’t like steak. So we called and they said we could come at any time to pick up a chicken fajita free of charge. Well I decided to go today so I could eat it for lunch at work, ordered it over the phone no problem explain what happened yesterday and gave them my name they had wrote down. I show up to get they go to rong me out and I explain nice again that it was supposed to be free of charge. another lady came over and very rudely told me that they gave us a chicken fajita and a steak fajita yesterday, I explained that they accidentally gave us to steak fajitas yesterday and we called as soon as we realized and that we would’ve brought it back yesterday, but we left about 15 minutes away and it was already dark, and that she had our names written down. She then proceeded to tell me that I was lying, but to take the food anyway, in a very rude tone. I’m very disappointed because this is one of our favorite places to eat but we will not be going back.
