so we went for the first time and walked in and we were seated and given menus. but then they never came to take our orders. finally after waiting FOREVER I had to flag someone down then she took our order. then it took forever to get our food then part came out then long wait again for the rest of the order. then forever to get the check. I didn’t like their customer service but their food is BOMB so we came back a few months after that and we were the only people there and the experience was much better. the flank steak tacos and ceviche are freaking delicious! I say call your order in and pick it up. that’s what I’m going to do next time.

Walking in was puzzling as there’s two different directions you can go, the restaurant area and bar area. We noticed the girls at the bar just staring at us instead of greeting us so we walked in their direction to see if they can guide us on where we can sit. The girls seemed uninterested in helping us and simply seated us to the closest booth to the bar, sat us and dropped some menus for us. Didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks or offered any help, simply walked back to go sit on the literal bar top and continue their conversation. It might not seem like a big deal to some but bare minimum a “hi welcome”, “can I offer you something to drink”, “is this booth okay?”. All of which were not said, which just made us feel uneasy and unwelcomed. We decided to just get up and leave and as we left a loud “thank you” from one of the girls. We would’ve loved to have been able to sit down and try this restaurant especially being from out of town and trying something new. We hope other people’s experiences are better and hopefully management can handle this situation.

We went today and upon walking in, I looked to the left and then to the right. I guess there are two sides to the restaurant? There was no hostess to point out any particular direction. We just walked to where we saw people and suddenly an angry looking woman walked towards us and asked in Spanish, ‘for two?’ She didn’t offer drinks and just seated us and walked off. I noticed that everything on the menu was mainly seafood. But we just left cuz it was already a bad first impression seeing that lady scowl at us as we walked in. If you guys want to make money, offer good customer service.

Delicious food, but terrible service. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Walking in there were 3 or 4 ladies sitting at a booth conversing that didn’t welcome us or direct us to a table, not even a simple hello. Finally they told us we could sit anywhere in a very rude manner. During my time here our waitress was very rude. Will not be coming again.
