What a great hidden gem!! Their sushi menu is so fun, creative, and easy to work through. The sushi here is FRESH! This is EASILY the best sushi in the Rogue Valley. The service is top tier & our waitress was so kind and attentive. The Aesthetic is exactly what you want it to be, and there are so many fun things to try! We have found our new favorite spot!! Do yourself a favor & get the spicy pork, and try one of their unique sushi rolls.

What a great find. Almost left because of the exterior of the building, but wow, The sushi was terrific, very fresh. The teriyaki was awesome and the service was outstanding. Great prices along with a wonderful interior atmosphere definitely a bonus for the area.

What to do in Southern Oregon
What a beautiful space. Excited to have this new addition to Medford’s culinary scene. The Birria Ramen was spicy and delicious. The rolls were fresh our favorite was the Crispy Jalapeno Roll. We look forward to going back and trying other menu items including their sushi burritos and tacos.

This is a place where Latino and Asian fusion collide and have created pure greatness. We’ve been here three times since their opening and each time we are amazed by the staff and the freshness of the food. My favorite roll is the Ceviche Roll! It’s so nice to have new flavors and unique new food in Southern Oregon. Thank you El Tataki for being here, can’t wait to keep supporting you! 🙂

Very very good sushi… Quite possibly the best in town. Incredible use of non-typical blends of spices and herbs in their hybrid approach of Latin fusion. Well thought out menu with something for everyone if sushi isn’t what you crave. Portions are generous. You should check them out the next time you dine in or out.

El Tataki Sushi Fusion exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The Panko Roll was a delightful combination of crispy tempura shrimp, avocado, and spicy mayo, leaving me craving for more. The teriyaki salmon Bento was cooked to perfection, with tender and flavorful salmon accompanied by a variety of delicious sides. The atmosphere was immaculate, with a modern and elegant decor that added to the overall dining ambiance.

The staff was amazing and friendly, even with a busy house. The decor was fun to look at and the food was excellent. The steak teriyaki was cooked perfectly, and all but melted as I ate it. I have never had a better steak in my life.
