OH. MY. WORD. The FOOD!! I had the Birria tacos. SO GOOD and filling. I got a plate of 4 tacos for 10 which is a super reasonable price. The food was delicious.The owner was the SWEETEST man. He even brought my order to me. I loved my experience and if I am ever back in this area I would make stopping at this food truck a MUST. I’m already planning on going back for dinner. Super delicious and filling and very reasonable pricing. 100/100 recommend! Didn’t take a picture because I was to busy enjoying my food. Lol

Decided to try this truck out for the first time. Man have I been missing out. Probably in my top 3 spots in the country now. Adobada was on point, birria was delicious and the asada is hands down the best I’ve had since leaving San Diego. Also they make the only authentic California burrito I’ve found in Washingron state. Did I mention that the tortillas are all hand made? And that they have different flavored tortillas? Even a strawberry one? Tons of other stuff on the menu other then your regular taco truck wares. Can’t wait to go back and try one of them out. Service was quick and courteous. Very clean cooking area with windows that allow you to watch every step in the birth of your perfect taco. If you haven’t made the trek down to Union Gap to try these guys then you better get on it like yesterday. Your stomach will thank you. Might even give you a handy

My wife has went a couple of times with my kids to Tacolor, but while I was still at work. Early enough before my out from work time that when I would have a chance to eat, it would be too late. Today I finally got a chance to sample their food and it was great. Made on the spot. Perfect portions. The casadillas are thick. My sons preference. I get tripas any time it’s available. Easy meat to make poorly. Awesome tripas here. Tacolor is for sure worth the visit even if you are a ways from Union Gap.
