Came here for a quick lunch with my mom. She was visiting from Rialto. We were going somewhere else but it was closed. So we walked into this place. First of all they have a menu on the wall with no prices on it. Second, the food is pricey for what you get. We paid over $26 for a carnitas burrito and a taco plate for my mom. She complained that the beans tasted burned and the shredded beef tacos were cold. The avocado on it was black on the ends. My burrito was okay in taste but it was very small. While we ate in the patio, we were fighting off flies the entire time. I will never return to this place. My 3 stars is being generous.

Back in the day this was the place to go to 15 to 20 years ago now it just seems like they’re just out to make a block the wait staff sucks has the serious attitudes $5.50 for a large horchata are you effing kidding me. You’re a patio restaurant who used to have the seats filled. Now you’re lucky to get one with customer in there during the day every time I drive by and you wonder why you’re trying to gauge people you need to bring your prices back to where they work you need to get your customer service up to par and you need To pill shrimp when you put it in a burrito that’s the laziest I’ve ever had

Terrible experience with night shift here. I ask for the same style of asada fries. I have some food allergies and ask for condiments on SIDE. They give me with everything on it and I go back they just wipe it off with a plastic bag. I then go back and ask them to make me another they are both getting angry with me and refund me without asking. I have been waiting 40 mins just for my order. The cook and cashier are very unprofessional.

The food is always great. You go there for the food, not the ambiance. This place, hands down, is number #1.

Sorry but I tried the asada, pastor, carnitas and cabeza and the only one that I liked was the pastor and barely, overall fast and courteous service but the tacos were weak but the Jamaica water was good overall will not try this place again kind off a let down but not all taco shops can be winners.

Have been coming here for at least 7 years. Amazing food, have never gone wrong with anything I’ve tried. The pupusas are delicious, the carnitas as crispy and moist. Wish I lived closer so I can visit more often

The Best Authentic Mexican Food in Whittier. Ordered the Caldo De Pollo and it was Delicious. The hand made Tortillas that came alone with it put it over the top for me. Also had A Carnitas Mulita and A Chicharon y Queso Pupusa. Two Thumbs up! I would highly recommend this place to all and try for yourself.

Your going for the food and nothing else, don’t expect a nice sit down restaurant, but some of the best Carnintas in town

My family has been coming here since before I had teeth! No fuss, neighbourhood taco joint for those who appreciate not having their tacos “white-washed”
