Service was extremely slow during lunch on a Friday. They only had 2 staff members, 1 cook and 1 waiter. When we finally got our asada tacos they were gristly. Also we were informed that they were out of red hot sauce, that I requested when ordering, when the tacos were delivered.

Don’t let this place fool you. Nice atmosphere in downtown area but the waitress was awkward and passive aggressive and the food wasn’t special. It was my first time and only time but that’s what I got from it.

Terrific place for Mexican food. The owner is very friendly and they have a large menu. There are also lunch specials as well as daily specials. The place is clean and the food can be mild or hot, as you prefer.

This would be a great place to stop if you’re a hungry trucker on the I-40. They overload their Cuban Tortas with at least three meats, I know there were ham chunks some pork al pastor and I think carne azada or chorizo sausage in mine. I wish I’d ordered a small, when you add the chips and salsa it’s easily two meals in one sandwitch. The bread they use is delicious, it’s got a crispy crust and a buttery taste. They put jalapenos in it, fair warning.
