Our story begins in April of 2022. We are a family business that has dreamed of owning a food truck for many years! Our main purpose is to provide great food for our local community. We serve a wide array of foods that can be classified as Tex-Mex with a few traditional Mexican foods. We hope to see you!

Love this food truck!

Decided to try El Taco after driving by the truck on several occasions. Wow! The tacos were delicious, specifically the carnita and steak tacos. I’ve been back a few times! Also, customer service was great and fast.

Some really tasty Mexican. I eat a lot of Mexican food and this little bus puts out some really good tacos and burritos. There are in my top 10 places now to get Mexican food. Go try them out you won’t be disappointed
