Customer service was fantastic! The young man at the counter was friendly & accommodating & had our meals to us within 10 minutes of ordering! Good portions, nice presentation & flavorful! Interior could use a tiny bit of sprucing up, but the colorful banners & big-screen TV made the space fun & enjoyable. My husband had nachos with a hibiscus water, while I made my tummy smile with the 2 sopes combo & MUST-TRY lemonade with spinach!

What a fantastic addition to the Mantiou food scene! Carne Asada Fries were absolutely amazing. I ended up taking about a third home, and even soggy out of the microwave it was still so delicious! Can’t wait to try more of the menu! And this is all coming from a Texas boy who has high expectations for his Latin American fair! El Taco Loco doesn’t disappoint!

The food is mediocre and the service was incredibly slow. They were serving one person at a time at each table and it was taking about 20 mins per plate. There are 12 people in here and we’ve been waiting for 4 tacos for over an hour.

FANTASTIC plus very reasonably priced, especially in a tourist town, I got a smothered burito with beans and rice, the wife had Mexican tacos-loved them. Just a simple dinner with real silverware instead of plastic, local families with kids along with Tom Cruise new Top Gun on a big screen-can’t beat it. RESTROOM INSPECTION: FOR A ONE ROOM MALE/FEMALE; found it to be very very clean.

Stopped in to El Taco Loco & it was so worth it. The horchata was very good. I got the Nachos Supreme. One friend got the Quesabirras & the other got Carna Asada Fries. So, so good!! A must try when in Manitou Springs.

The food was good, had the chicken enchiladas good flavor to them, the rice was good as well the beans tasted like it was from a can. The chips and queso, was okay the cheese dip tasted like it can from a can as well. My girl had the queso birra taco’s and she said very well made.
