The food here is delicious so this rating is strictly for the food! Didn’t care for the margaritas though, not strong enough and tooooo sour. But I recommend the brisket quesadilla! It was 10/10.

GREAT PLACE!!!! We decided to go to El Sol for my parents 54th wedding anniversary and a birthday. We had about 17 people and made a reservations. When we got there the tables were set up with menus, water and silverware. The waitress was extremely attentive and we were never without a drinks and chips. Large parties are really hard on the staff I’m sure, but everyone was great and it was an amazing experience. Thank you El Sol for making our celebrations so memorable!!!

The food is fantastic always!! The downside is that it takes forever for said food to get to you, then once you finish the food and are ready to leave, you can wait a while for you bill. This was not the first time it happened. The service just isn’t very good or fast at this location. Also didn’t get beans that I ordered and was going to get it taken off but honestly wasn’t worth the headache of possibly having to wait another 20 minutes. You will be better off waiting at the downtown Harrisburg location (no matter the how long the wait is.) Never had any issues there. Won’t come back to this location. Maybe you need to know someone who works there because we saw a couple tables get quick service, in after us and out before us. I don’t think it was even half full.

I ate there for the first time yesterday. Friendly staff, good ambience, and excellent food with good presentation. I had the chicken chimichanga and it was excellent. My only criticism would be that you have to pay for the chips and salsa. The chips were good and the salsa was fresh, but the salsa was extremely dull tasting. If I have to pay for my chips and salsa, I would like to chose my heat level.
