Some of the best tacos I have ever had. Definitely the best in town. And it’s at a brewery so you get to enjoy tacos the way they should be, with beer and friends.

Wishing I was a Bend local so I could have El Sancho tacos all the time. Everything we tried was fantastic, the slightly crispy tortillas are the best and definitely sets them apart from the competition. El Sancho will be our first stop next time in Bend.

These were the best tacos I have ever had. I am from Florida, where there are a lot of great taco options, and I currently live in Eugene, where there are not many great taco options. I sometimes travel to Bend or work and just discovered El Sancho Taco Truck. The venue is great with a big bonfire and outdoor benches, and a warm brewery atmosphere if you go inside. I got a chipotle chicken taco, a chorizo taco, and a spicy mushroom taco. I loved a three and I wouldn’t know how to decide between the three which is best. The spice is pretty mild but very flavorful, and there is sauce available if you want a little more spicy.

Delicious taco truck in the back patio space of Crux. I had one of each of the chicken, pork, and beef, and they were all fabulous – the beef barbacoa in particular was fantastic! Also not terribly expensive, definitely recommended!

Just outside of Crux Fermentation project, find a picnic table or a spot on the lawn, grab a beer from inside and then meander back outside for some delicious tacos. The chicken carnitas are perfect for the kiddos, as They are not spicy. The Oaxaca cheese and green chilies is 100% an umami bomb and basically the most delectable quesadilla you’ll ever have–this one our young kiddos also enjoyed. My wife and my favorite was the beef barbacoa. It was meaty, smoky, and delicious in every way. We also tried the spicy mushroom and the chorizo, which we’d both be happy to order again.
