This is one of the best small, family owned casual dining restaurants I’ve been to on the Peninsula. Located in an easy to find spot on Richmond Rd (Rt 60) with plenty of parking available. It’s easy to find, especially if you’re new to the area.

The meat. I dont know what it was on the tacos. It was supposed to be ground beef. It was the worst. The vegetables were fresh. The white sauce really had no flavor. I was told this was a good place. Not sure what happened. Friends plate chicken was mushy she wasn’t able to eat the meat. Honestly change the way you cook the meat of where you get it from. It’s not that I wouldn’t go back its just that when I have to force myself to eat something that’s bad. The service was great though.

This place never disappoints. The customer service is top notch. The place is very warm and inviting. They have outside dining with lots of shaded umbrellas. I ordered the beef quesadilla for lunch. It was one large size with chunks of marinaded tender beef like you would see in a pot roast. Plenty of sour cream/shredded lettuce and guacamole on the side. Served with a generous side of tasty rice.

I would have given this place 5 stars but our service was not that great. Took way longer than it should have for our drinks and for someone to take our order. After the order was taken food came out quick. Food was very good! Only other concern was that my wife and I both spotted a large fast moving bug running across our booth that looked a little suspicious but was not identified. It resembled something you really don’t want in a restaurant but we are not positive. not that any bug in a restaurant is good, but it happens.

Every time my family and I visit Williamsburg, we have to stop here. Easy to see that it’s a family run business that cares about quality. They always treat us well, food is great and not overpriced. Strongly recommend this place to anyone.

Great taste. Courteous servers. Reasonably priced. Arroz con pollo was delicious. Pollo sabor was tasty (it comes with lots of guacomole) but I didn’t enjoy since I forgot to ask for no guacamole (yeah at a Mexican restaurant!) as “mushy looking” avocado makes me nauseated for some reason.
