Went there for lunch on a thursday. They have lunch specials til 2:30pm. I got the San Jose burrito. It was fantastic! Highly recommend it. Comes with complimentary chips and salsa. Waitress was very attentive. We were seated right away.

Do not order on-line!!! I placed my order at 6:00 pm, they stared order would be ready at 6:20. I arrive at 6:25, no one speaks to the 3 of us in line at the hostess station. Finally, someone approached and said “uno momento”at 6:40. I finally receive my order at 7:00pm. Once we get home, the chicken soup had no chicken in it and most filled with onions. The shredded beef taco was a ground beef taco… and cold. The soup was just chicken broth and leaked all over the bag. I will never visit this restaurant again!

Waited 30+ minutes for food as the only table in the entire place. Employees sat at a table in the middle talking the entire time we were there instead of working. Didnt check on us to see if we needed refills or how food was. My quesadilla was soggy and covered in grease and his food was barely warm and the beans were cold. Waited 15+ minutes for the check. Server stood over me while i counted my money for the bill. Do NOT recommend and will not be returning.we are both in the service industry and 100% understand how restaurants work. This was the worst service we have ever received.

Great place to eat IMO. The margs are great too. I see a lot of complaints on here about the slow service. I get it, but it never bothered my wife and I. We all need to slow down a little anyway.

Very unprofessional . We always go here and our son who is only 10 years old don’t eat Mexican food . So he gets McDonald’s and takes it in been doing this for years and we just did this last week. So my husband and son and me go there tonight my son has his McDonald’s the women who sat us always seats us and was the same girl who seated us last week and seen my son have his food never once was something ever said till tonight, she seats us we are sitting there a good 15 mins no drinks or chips bought to us but 2 other couples comes in and she seats them gets there chips and drinks and we’re still sitting there waiting then finally a young man comes over and ask us what we want to drink and we ask if we can have some chips and salsa he said yes let me go get that for u then he leaves we’re waiting no drinks and no chips and salsa, then the lady comes up to my husband and tells him in Spanish my son can’t have his food in there so we will have to leave mean while there’s no where on the building or windows a sign saying no outside food , and they know us from coming in there all the time and they know our son always brings his McDonald’s. So when we was leaving out a guy was holding the door for us that was going into eat saids he know some of the people that work there and to tell the manger which nothing will be done because they messed up our order twice before and gave us attitude when we wanted it fixed but anyway this guy also looked around with us and took notice to there where no signs saying this . So if you gonna make this a rule starting now when we been coming there for years and let week and noting was said hang signs up then and don’t wait till after you seat people to say something.

We come to El Rodeo Hanover multiple times a week. The service and food is awesome. I have tried most dishes on the menu and consistent flavor. The margaritas are AWESOME!! The waiters/waitresses/ managers are very good. We have only had to park in overflow one time…..that was on Cinco de Mayo. Even then we got great, fast service. Food always hot…they bring out with pot holders. We will continue coming in multiple times a week!
