New favorite “hole in the wall” AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant. It’s frustrating waiting for a table (It’s so good)… so if that bothers you, don’t bother. Corn tortillas are home made and fluffy.

This was a really good restaurant and I recommend, I had no troubles finding a table the only wait is for the food, which was a little longer than I expected. Other than that the food was delicious and the ambience was calm. I would totally eat here again.

True hole in the wall spot. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. This is real authentic Mexican food. The enchiladas are my favorite. This is a family owned spot and the staff is friendly but don’t expect good service. Just come here for the delicious foods. Also, BYOB and CASH ONLY, you’re welcome!

What others are saying that the menu doesn’t have prices is true. I ordered gorditas and each gordita was 3.50, I thought they were expensive but they were actually big and delicious. Also the parking lot is small and the place inside is also small. They only take cash. The food is good and very authentic like in Mexico, they only downs is the place and the prices.

This is a total whole in the wall joint close to White Rock Lake. Ordered the Chile Relleno plate with beans and rice and an order of beef tacos. The relleno was definitely the best I have ever had and the tacos were good. Ordering wasn’t too bad since I don’t speak Spanish, thank goodness for pictures and the menu that I could just point to. Staff is not friendly at all, actually quite rude and of course my husband and I aren’t hispanic so when we walked in we got the look like we were lost or something. Felt very out of place. Not sure they noticed but they opened a restaurant in America, they should be more open and welcoming to others. Thank goodness for the delicious food. The 3 stars are for the food and food alone. If you love mexican food you should definitely give this place a shot but don’t by any means expect great or friendly service.

$24 for a barbacoa plate and an horchata is a joke, no prices on the menu so that was unexpected, specially when you have maintenance being done right in front of you. Also when asking about items on the menu we were stared down by the lady taking our order. Food was ok
