We ate there after riding all day and it was set up great to accommodate our large party. The salsa and cheese dip were great, but the chili Colorado was not like anywhere I’ve ever eaten it. It was basically unseasoned steak tips with a ragu tomato sauce poured in the middle. Every one I’ve ever had is cooked in a Colorado sauce that is brownish red. This was really like a can of cheap spaghetti sauce. I tried to soldier on and ate one tortilla with some in it, but the person I shared with didn’t even try it. It was the first time I’ve ever left a huge plate of uneaten food I paid for sitting on the plate when we left, normally i box it up no matter what.

After waiting for a while for service and thoroughly asking questions on the food about cross contamination, I found out the chips are fried with the flour taco shells. So, no chips and salsa for me. I did get the guacamole dip that I normally would eat with chips, but it went with the ontray.

I don’t like 1 starring businesses, especially restaurants like this. But their food incapacitated me for 2 days with food poisoning and also made my wife sick. I’ve never before 1 starred a business for getting me sick, accidents happen and I understand there are things outside of employees control. The reason they earn a 1 star is because my food came out MICROWAVED. I got sick due to negligence and laziness, not an innocent mistake. Our food came out suspiciously fast and the plates were HOT while the food itself cooled off very fast. My wife and I didn’t even finish our food because the beef tasted off.

Very nice waiter and the restaurant was so quiet. Very nice lunch. Food was so hot when they brought it out I had to wait for it to cool before eating. Had great flavor and the salsa was just enough spicy.

Three members of my family got sick the night after dining here. Cups needed to be sent back because they were dirty. Pretty sure the margarita pitchers were mix with only a splash of tequila. This used to be one of our favorite stops but no more.

We were a party of 3 and were seated before the party of 8 that entered just ahead of us. After that, it went downhill. We were given drinks and chips and salsa. Then we waited, and waited and waited some more. The party of 8 were seated and ordered their food before anyone even came back over to us to take our order. Ok, no biggie. But when the server came to take our order, he started to walk away while I was still placing my order, and then he turned back to me and told me he was busy with other customers! Imagine that. We’re customers, but obviously as we’re not a large party, our order doesn’t count as much. The party of 8 was leaving when we finally got our cold food. I will not go back to this place and as we actually live in the area, I will be sure to let others know what kind of service to expect.
