This was such amazing authentic Mexican food. I can’t rave enough about this. Coming back from the blackhills for 10 days ending vacation here and it was by far the best food of the whole trip. Service was extremely fast. This place should have a lot more reviews

If you don’t know what a chalupa is look it up before you order it. You may be disappointed lol. Bland food. No pork chili? Come on that’s the most important part of Mexican food. The fact the salsa didn’t burn my tongue is disappointing . If you want good Mexican food go to Ole’s in scottsbluff.

No issue with food or our server. I did however explain to the cashier that they overcharged me. I ordered what they had on special and was charged regular price. When I brought it to her attention she looked at me and said sorry with an attitude. Kind of like “you can go now”. Normally I would have had her do it over because of her immature response and complete lack of customer service. Fortunately for her I had a ridiculously long day at work and was exhausted. I would have handled it very poorly. Not that it matters now but I won’t spend another dime there. I can’t stand people like that. I was really looking forward to a new place to eat around here. It definitely won’t be at El Rancho Viejo.

I really enjoyed the food of the former restaurant at this location and was excited to learn the new restaurant featured many items from the old menu. I was disappointed with the lack of seasoning on the chicken and beef I got, it was very bland. The queso dip for our chips that is $8 was very runny as well.

The food is good, but I got a to go order and my $14.00 quesadilla was not in my bag. To my fault I didn’t check to make sure I had everything, but still this place just opened and they should also double check to make sure everything a customer has ordered in in the bag.
