Everything we got tasted great! It was freshly made and quick. Service was great, too! They didn’t mind substitutions or leaving things off. They had bottles sodas and fountain drinks. Plus a salsa and hot sauce bar that was included.

We Got two 3 taco plates it was delicious. The salsa and pico were tasty. They used to have great chips that they made there or so they tasted. Now they taste like and look like store bought chips. Place was clean-ish tables were clean, floor sticky. Cashier was LOUD And over talks you giddy like. Had to correct order as she didn’t stop to listen.

Looks small when you walk in but actually alot of open seating. Okay customer service. Lots of selections on the menu. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it the food was really good . Street tacos almost 4 bucks you can make two out of one . The wait time was a little long for a few tacos but once again it was good and worth the wait . Lot of breakfast burrito options As well. I am a big fan of Mexican food and I have visited many Mexican food establishment trying to find the best food around. I have found two separate places that give you the most authentic and obviously the tastiest options and one of those favorites is El Ranchito Taco Shop. Since El Ranchito Taco shop is a chain, I have visited two taco shops to verify consistency between the two and I found they are both spot on with each other. Both are clean, food is cooked to order, both serve the same authentic menu and the staff are friendly. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken flautus and the taco salad. The have other options that are fabulous tacos both crunchy and soft, chimichangas and so much more. They have to die for beans perfectly salted and killer rice with just the right flavors. Some Mexican restaurants put way to much tomato sauce and it gets a little gummy and gooey, not the kinda of rice I’m trying to eat. Their food is also not as heavy or greasy that you end up feeling better about yourself, rather than feel bloated. In end, my whole family loves them and my husband and I sneak food home on occasions to share. Thanks to all of you at El Ranchito Taco Shop, we look forward to our next meal with you.

It was 78 degrees outside and much hotter inside .employes agreed and tried to turn ac on but said only the owner had keys to access locked ac controller.we were sweating trying to eat ! Terrible experience. acwas locked on 83 degrees

The worst customer service ever. I came to this place several times thinking the customer service would be different but nope. The cashier ladies are rude. They assume you know their entire menu inside out so they expect you to be ready to order when you step foot in the door any anybody that’s been to this particular location on Washington in Murrieta knows there menu is overwhelming. I will NEVER come there again. My 3 year old grandson has better customer service.
