Asada Taco and the Lenguna Taco are the same as I had it in NW food trucks. Too bad they didn’t have cow cheeks. The only difference is 1 additional taco is a plus, and the spice level is definitely spicy!

We had chicken tacos and the roasted pablano chili stuffed gorditas. Everything was cooked to order and fresh. The gorditas was excellent. When I get back to my home state, I’m going to ask my local taco truck to make the gorditas! The couple that took our order and cooked the food were super sweet and fast.

Wow the food from this truck is really good, fresh and made to order just delicious!!! We were traveling from Colorado to Texas and we were craving some real Mexican food so passing by Santa Fe NM we decided to turn to Google maps to look reviews at food trucks and we were not disappointed this taco truck had some really good reviews and for a reason!! The people were very friendly and attentive to make our order as we wanted it and the food was really good and very big portions the torta cubana was huge and the burritos as well so definitely a must stop if you in Santa Fe NM!!!!
