I visit this place for lunch at least once every two weeks, and I have consistently had a positive experience. The food is always served hot and is prepared promptly, ensuring that I can enjoy my meal without any unnecessary delays. One standout feature that I particularly enjoy is the robot delivery service. It adds a unique and futuristic touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its efficient service, delicious food, and innovative use of technology.

Been here a couple of times. Usually when we are served by the one tall older gentleman, we know our service is going to be terrible. He has no need to be in a customer service role. We came in sat down, took a bit to get drinks. We understand it was busy. For one, my mother ordered a hot coffee which he said they would have to brew a fresh batch, which was fine. Soon after we ordered drinks he came out with a cold coffee which we assumed he just heated up in the microwave. No biggie. After that he just disappeared for a good 30 minutes despite walking by our table multiple times. Not once did he ask us if we wanted an appetizer or anything to start, or just let us know that they were busy and he would be back with us as soon as he had a moment, so no acknowledgment at all. Eventually I got up and went up to the server and asked him for the bill for the coffee and our soft drink if he’s not going to acknowledge us or serve us, which at that point he acknowledged it. Just super rude individual that we have dealt with in the past, so not a one off situation. Anyways on the way out we called to speak to the manager, who mentioned that due a bunch of restaurants being closed due to the recent circumstances they have been busy, which is understandable if it was a one off thing, which it wasn’t, and which I tried explaining to him politely, but he decided to hang up on us, which is a true reflection of the staff. Management needs to get in there and square away the staff, as the food is great but the service is beyond terrible. Last time we will return and I will make sure to let my friends and family know. Complete disappointment. Oh not to mention, I’m also bilingual, and overheard some of the staff just complaining back and forth to each other. Lack of professionalism.

The salsa was just ok. They provide a very small bowl of salsa. I ordered a 2 beef burrito combo which comes with rice and beans. Cheese sauce automatically comes with the burritos. The Burritos had no flavor. Very little cheese sauce on them. The rice and beans were good. Rice was better than average. This place is expensive compared to other restaurants. My food was ready in 2-3 minutes after ordering. I will not be going back.

We’ve been here many times before. It’s typical tex-mex food but usually it’s fast and great service. However, it’s been a year or so since we visited this location and on our recent visit the service was terrible. Our waiter took our order and we didn’t see him again for 45 minutes. We finally had to go to the hostess and ask for the manager to get our check and leave. They were not overly crowded either, it was just bad service. We won’t be back to this location.

The shrimp tacos are delicious with all the fixings. And I always love to bring out of town guests here and if you go to the highway 10 location you could see the robot server machines that bring you. Your salsa and chips. The human service is above and beyond.
