What happened to this place! Took my mom to sit down and eat & this had to be the dirtiest food food place I’ve ever been too!! The tables had old food left on them. The floor was disgusting, spilled food, dirty napkins. Nothing looked wiped down. I had always went through drive thru so had no idea. Never eating there again!!!

Grilled chicken is really good, bomb. The rice and beans taste like fake food. It’s really not Mexican rice or beans the way they taste, kind of out the box (rice) and out a can (bean) taste. Very different tortillas taste fake too that’s what my 16 year old and 10 year said about the food they wouldn’t eat. Except the chicken. But the salads are awesome the bowl ones. If your looking for some good grilled chicken ONLY here is the place to get that bucket.

I came in 1/07/23 I usually am very satisfied with the service here but yesterday I was real disappointed, my salsa was everywhere and when I asked for different pieces of chicken because these were dry the manager told me I would have to wait 20 min or if I wanted something else she was extremely rude and I told her I had to go back to work I was on my lunch I asked for a refund she told me I can get my meal replaced a different day this was around 12 o clock

I ordered the family meal it was basically all bones and the ladies didn’t give us plates or spoon so I had to go each time to ask for everything separately so silly I told them if I’m going to have beans and rice don’t you think common sense says you should give me plates and spoons for the family

I order at least once or twice a week from el pollo loco and I stopped because I would get the chicken burnt all the time I called many times to explain to them that I wouldn’t feed my kids the chicken burnt and dry. Whoever the manager needs to step up and not have the lame excuse that they are short on staff. I started ordering again hopefully it had changed but nope it’s still the same. I’m definitely going to stop ordering from this store. I’m tired of calling and letting them know the issue when it’s going to continue.
