This is my favorite place for lunch. Fast food that is actually healthy. My favorite is the two piece chicken meal with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Best deal in town. Most meals are under $10. Kids will love the mac and cheese. Friendly staff who know me by name and not just a number.

I always order the keto burrito. The price has gone up so much, it is now $10 I received the worlds smallest burrito. The are really skimping on their servings at this location. It probably had one tiny scoop of chicken inside. It was basically the size of a taquito for $10. What a waste of money.

I got there wasat 845 and there was still customers eating inside. An employee was cleaning outside and as soon as I parked to get out, she went inside and locked the door. I went through another door which was open. The employee was very rude and the first thing she said was that the dining room was closed. I had ordered my order online and the instructions were to pick it up inside at the counter. I saw my food behind the counter and I asked her again, I am picking up an online order, the instructions say inside. Do I really need to get into my car and go through drive through? She said yes so I went out the unlocked door and got my food that I could have gotten while I was inside. They didn’t give me the amount of green salsas I ordered so I asked for the two I was missing, and the same short hair Girl said , “more??!”. She did look young and maybe towards end of day, they get lazy but they close at 9:30 and the way this was handled was immature to say the least. What time does the dining room close? Why isn’t the app updated with these hours? Why close the lobby but leave a door unopened? Not managed very well.

My order was not prepared correctly., the double chicken bowl had corn which it doesn’t have it on the menu. The second time they added sour cream which I requested no sour cream. The third time it was made, I felt like the portion size was not like my order from last night. I also had to remind them to put the broccoli in the bag for the 4 piece meal. Also the food wasn’t as hot as it usually is.

Don’t be fooled by the picture. They dont have the open fire grill anymore. This LAST VISIT sealed the deal. The service and food quality is poor. I have purchased EPL at this location since it opened. Was once a good restaurant with quality flame-broiled chicken. Service always just average. Since 2019, food quality has diminished to like that from a vending machine. Customer service is non-existent. Today, we waited 15min in the designated curbside pick-up spot after notifying in app we had arrived. One other car in the drive-thru…store not busy. I eventually went inside to get our order, which was now cold, wet, and dripping from condensation. The employee handed it to me as if I did something wrong. Didn’t receive a thank you or other acknowledgement from the employee. Very unprofessional, but who cares, isn’t that right EPL?

Ordered 3pc family meal through uber eats took an hour long to get my order. Called the store and told me they are busy thats why the chickens are burnt. So they told me to come to their store to get a new chicken. Whats the point of delivery!!!!!

Don’t go to this location! They never give you what you pay for. I ordered shredded chicken nachos with extra queso sauce on the side (which is 1.49)because they never give you enough. I opened my nachos, hardly any sauce, no chicken. It’s basically chips. They do this a lot. Not worth what you pay.
