We ordered a family meal at the drive thru with 3 sides and got home to find out the forgot to phone of the sides. We had to go back to get the missing side. It was El Pollos error they should have given us something for free since we had waste gas to go back get what they forgot!

Ordered a Chipotle Chicken Burrito and was stabbed in the gums with a very sizable sharp bone. I do not recommend this restaurant. I’ve worked in the food industry, and in the food handlers courses (which is law to have to work with food) teaches about physical hazards such as this. I recently had dental work done and to be greeted with my gums being stabbed by this was not pleasant at all. I bled badly and now am sensitive to the touch on my lower bottom front teeth.
