I do not typically write reviews and I understand the occasional bad day; but this is the third strike for me at this location and just cannot see myself coming back. I ordered the Chicken Taquito Salad because it looks so good on the menu board. Unfortunately, what I got looked nothing like the “before” picture. Yes, someone actually thought it was okay to serve taquitos that were charred beyond recognition and obviously, not edible. To make matters worse the salad dressing was missing and the extra salsa I asked for turned out to be one-fourth of a container. True story, as you can see by the pictures. Extremely disappointed. :0(

Sandra was rude and messed our charged 2 extra sour creams, an extra meal, and charged 4 extra drinks. It came out to almost 80 dollars for 1 adult and 3 children meals. Made get out of the drive through said she could not do a return unless I entered the Pollo Loco. Then she charged me twice and then said I’ll refund you I haven’t seen a refunds.
