Prepared my order/food Fresh (wasn’t sitting under a heat lamp). Was greeted by 3 employees & while I was waiting (which wasn’t long, I was viewing items on menu) I was asked by a 4th employee if my order had been taken, so diffently was not ignored. Order/Food Prepared & Ready in a timely manner. Very impressed by a Very Efficient, Polite Staff. VERY CLEAN Store. ((It had been some time since I had Patronized El Pollo Loco, due to the fact that the last 2 times I purchased food from the Riverside Plaza store I got SICK! The last time was so SEVERE that I called it food poisoning. The Riverside Plaza Store was dirty & Rude employees, by the action when I called them at that time to let the manager know & what i had purchased. I worked across the street from Riverside Plaza, NEVER will go in there again!).

It was a good experience. Great customer service. Very clean location. The I my thing was the portions they gave with my meal was not the correct size. I guess they’re not purchasing the el polo loco containers. They found some person containers to save money. And it’s a smaller size. They need to correct this. Trying to cut cost can be a drag for your customers.

Didn’t feel like cooking dinner. Just got off work so I stopped in to Pollo Loco in Woodcrest. Went in and to my surprise they had a $5 menu … So I ordered the chicken nachos and chicken burrito.. Also came with chips and a drink. Not bad for $5 … I wanted to take a picture of the food. I was so hungry that I forgot to takes pictures lol … I thought that was a good price deal… So now people, they have $5 specials. Thank You Pollo Loco….. ..

Salsas were bad and seemed watered down, the chicken seemed very old, like it has been there for some time, and the quesadilla didn’t taste good either, it tasted worse than everything else ordered. The churros we ordered were seemed stale and had little to no flavor. Would not recommend this place

Came here march21 @7:30 tacos were not fried right one of them wasn’t fried at all but oily no cheese or cilantro in 2 tacos, burrito poorly made with a slit in the middle, food was soggy. Do better.

We got told of a family birthday party at the last min. Heading to it, called and was lucky to have spoken to Carlos. In about 20 min time, he put together a 30 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni and cheese, tortillas both corn and flower, chips and pico. Carlos made sure we had everything we would need. Plates, plastic wear, napkins, we couldn’t have asked for any better service. He even carried the box out to our vehicle. Just OUTSTANDING service. And the food, mmmmmmmmm Everyone loved the food, especially Mac and Cheese. Just so good. Thank you El Pollo Loco, and Especially to Carlos and his team.

First time visiting this one and highly disappointed. Ordered a family meal and every piece of chicken was not only super dry and could not eat it but the pieces were cut. Why? Why would they do that and serve it as well? Paid extra for breast and got half of it even the legs and wings.
