When I went to polli Loco it was a very satisfactory experience for me and my brother. We first were greeted with a friendly hello. Proceeded by friendly smiles. We had ordered a big order o 4 16 pc. Family means and just as my brother and I were anticipating a long wait time our order was done in a matter of minutes as everyone behind the counter began working on it together as a team!! That was nice to see. The order was fresh and hot and even included plates and utensils as well. With We were.not even expecting! Overall.. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to eat hot freshly cooked marinated chicken and fast and welcoming service as well!!

So I ordered the chipotle burrito, I was pretty disappointed that it wasn’t the creamy chipotle sauce but instead this really cheap sauce that was nasty. And to top it off whoever made my burrito put an extreme amount of it! Honestly I couldn’t eat the damn thing. I ended up throwing it away. I didn’t wanna complain since it seemed like they sabotaged my burrito to begin with. I’ll never come back to this location again.
