We purchased a rather large order for a church event. The general manager, Ms. Esparza, was wonderful. Everything was ready for pickup on time and the food was great. Everyone I encountered was courteous and very helpful.

To be honest, I always come to this Pollo Loco because I’ve always just loved the chicken from here in comparison to the other locations in the area, but the last few visits service has been terrible. (Chicken still good though, to be fair)

My goto place for good Mexican fast food. Love and have tried almost all the items on their menu and there none that I haven’t liked. This place is right next to a car wash, so generally stop by for lunch when my car is being washed. It’s is a clean place and the staff is good too.

Never answer phones and closed during business hours. Show some respect to customers and don’t have them drive out for nothing. Let them know if you’re closed or closing early. Update hours if need be. This disrespects their time and money.

Only went because the name was similar to Los Pollos Hermanos from Breaking Bad….LOL I was on vacation in L.A. from NC and Bojangles was apparently not an option. They dont get too many southern boys out there I reckon. I got a 2-pc grilled thigh and leg and it was excellent. The mashed potatoes were just ok. Bojangles has better pintos and they are Cajun style. The beans here were just bland. Still, I would highly recommend this place based on the chicken alone. Very good chicken. But come on yall….get some sweet tea!
