El Pollo Loco is a solid option. Their chicken is really tasty, and so is their avocado salsa. The rest of the food is pretty standard fare. Service has always been good at this location.

This place is on again, off again. Never know if they will have the food you want. In the past, they’ve run out of breast with a 20 to 30 minute wait. The lastest is the website says they have Barria tacos but no they don’t. They come and go from the menu so its not dependable. The staff always has a distanced look on their faces. Mexican music is way, way too loud in the dining area to the point you can’t have a conversation but I’m sure it can be heard in the kitchen.

Used the drive thru.and no problems. The issue the last two times was the extremely dry chicken thighs. I only ordered thighs. You have to work pretty hard for thighs to be dry. Unfortunately they were inedible. I will still go again. Not sure what went wrong the last two times, but past experience has me hoping it was just a fluke.

My go-to place for a quick meal. Healthy choices, I can get a dairy -free gluten-free meal, really hot. They do broccoli perfectly. Some franchises have started to use smaller chickens, so we just choose another place.

The online menu does not match the in store options. The guacamole was not good (watery). They usually have good guacamole at El Pollo Loco so I was bummed to have paid extra for it.Dining area was not clean.
