While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco’s delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way – on our signature open-flame grills – then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas,NV, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

Now I’ll give them two stars only because the food is up to par so I ordered for curbside waited outside the person brings me my food but guess what it’s another person’s order so I bring it back inside and they look really surprised and then realized oh this isn’t your order so then they proceeded to giving me my order a second time as I waited in my vehicle second time to bring me my order but guess what it is not my whole order only half so then I go and proceed to make sure they give me the rest of my order since I have family waiting at home for the food they finally give me my complete order the third time and I asked hey can I at least get a side of cilantro sauce they then proceed to say oh well you have to pay for that I’m like even when after you my got my order wrong two times? They said yes so I would think that common sense would be to hey this guy has been waiting and had it ordered wrong multiple times let’s give him a $0.25 cilantro sauce just for the inconvenience but they couldn’t even do that so customer service is horrible and everyone looks like they don’t know what’s going on at this location can’t speak for other locations but this is probably the longest review only because no one uses common sense when it comes to customer service anymore because most people are robots and do not understand. I will attach a picture of the receipt for proof.

The manager was rolling their eyes and sighing when the guy in front of me was ordering and deciding what he wanted at the same time. You can tell they are short staffed and busy but does not mean you should act like that towards someone they guy didn’t even take long to order at all. Overall the place is clean from what I could see and the food is always on point. Everyone there except that one person is nice.

So far we like all the food we order. Never ate inside , we always do take out. Food is fresh and the service is great and cashiers always helpful and friendly. Their churros are very good especially if you eat them right after recieving them.

Missing favorite things off menu. Wanted to charge for extra cilantro cream sauce when saw several adolescents given water cups and drinking endless amounts of soda, customer service was rude. Bring back the salsa bar. Charging more than 45 cents for small serving of cilantro when a bunch sells for $0.15 in the store doesn’t make sense

Let me say I use this location as it had larger portions, and fresher. But they changed up the crew or the crew changed their ethic and attitude. Last chicken bowl I got had more bones than avocado, was almost half sized, I didn’t even finish it. Their portions shrank and they don’t care what you say or ask for. I asked how much was that? Ignored. I ask for my reciept, THREE times, guy looks at me and hands me my food without saying a word. I won’t be at this location for at least a year. Abuellas tacos is around the corner and it’s quality every time, even if they are $1-3 more for a bowl, their combos are cheaper and their asada fries are fire. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this restaurant in the future.

It’s the closest El Pollo to my location and my dog LOVES their food. The workers have a nasty attitude so I try not to go inside unless absolutely necessary. The store is blah as far as atmosphere goes. Prices have increased but the size and amount of food has gotten smaller.

If I could leave minus stars I would do so because we ordered specific salsa’s, I ordered & paid for cheese and they didn’t get any of our order right. On top of that the cilantro dressing has been watered down to the point its like eating dirt water. We called the store as soon as we received our food order and the employee who answered was indifferent. They offered store credit but they had no interest in advising me how to obtain that should I want to eat there again.
