The worst, dry chicken. Not only that, the chicken breast was so small just like the wing was, small and dry!!!!! Not worth the ten plus dollars I spent! And the rice was nasty, hard and overcooked…..never again. High prices for poor quality food.

This is the worst pollo loco I have been to. I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and my chicken was not fully cooked. I returned and spoke with Sandra the manager who was very rude and refused to refund me or give me a new meal. She closed the drive thru window in my face horrible customer service.
