Pollo Loco is amazing. Fresh, handmade food, that is just delicious. I tried something new today, the Chicken Tinga Burrito. It had a nice and crispy shell from the flattop and wonderful ingredients inside. It was packed with items and flavor. It was awesome and something that I will order again. I have had the Tostada Bowl, Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Bowl in the past. All have been great meals and deliciously fresh and wonderful food.

I have been a fan of El Pollo Loco for over 30 years. I was ecstatic when they came to American Fork, Utah. I have learned over the years not to go through the drive-thru because the qualify of the chicken is below par and we always end up with dried out chicken that’s been sitting around for some time. The last several times I have been have been a huge disappointment! Today my chicken thigh was cute in half and both the legs were so dried and overcooked I couldn’t eat them. I’m sorry to say that this will be the last time I eat at this specific location. I’m so bummed and disappointed!!

Super disappointed with my visit today. I ordered their new burrito grillers, one chicken and one beef with no cilantro or onion. Both burritos were beef and literally multiple bites were ONLY cilantro and onion. This had about 1/3 meat to 2/3 cilantro and onion. It was freaking nasty. Not a “griller” at all as the tortilla was soggy.

This was my first experience with El Pollo Loco and I was not very pleased with the food we got delivered to us. I ordered a 8 piece family meal on Uber and paid $35 total for burnt and dried out chicken that had very little taste to them. They forgot the salsa for our chips and the dressing for our salad we ordered. The Mac and cheese is good but definitely can taste a lot of butter I’m hesitant to try this location again.

This place took at least 40 minutes to give us our order we went thru the drive thru and they parked us didn’t even give us our drinks, we waited till we started getting suspicious I went in and the food was done no other costumers inside or in the drive thru before or after we order and they said we are waiting on ur drink which was vitamin water then the chicken was not fresh so I don’t understand the 40 minutes wait and no salsa no plates or spoon it was a family meal of 8 pieces to me that’s ridiculous because when u went in they had a lot of chicken sitting there
