Just left this location spending 47 bucks on what I ordered which was 4 chicken tosta bowls, no Pico. No bowls but they added Pico anyways. Young lady answered the intercom giggling I guess cause one of the boys got her fuzzy. Unprofessional.

Service was great. First time here I ordered a keto burrito thinking no tortilla. Ok got a low fiber tortilla no problem I didn’t know the menu. Well it was really soggy, from some salsa they drenched it in (maybe it was the pico not sure). The chicken didn’t taste very good tasted a little burnt, but yet still looked undercooked at the same time… unimpressed with this food probably won’t come back… I wanted to like this place.

The Culebra location is terribly unclean and smelly inside. The drive-through is as bad as well; the care to prepare and selection can be hit and miss, especially large ones. Something will be missing and you’ll another go around to get it right. I recommend to go inside and ask for the chicken cooked the way you like it, but you will need to deal with the weird smell of this place.

Need to hire more people & train employees to go by the step by step menu on how to make chicken bowls, burritos etc. I know y’all have one that shows you how to make & what goes on the different bowls & burritos. It shows also on how much of a portion to place inside each order. So went here today 05/24/23 wanting real chicken all I got was burned chicken & no beans, dried rice in a GRANDE AVOCADO BOWL….ORDERED A BRC burrito for $3.99 got a BRC burrito the size for a child wasn’t worth what was payed. It was more of $1 worth. Also ordered two flour tortillas they gave us 6, flour tortillas. Which we only payed for 2 orders. ORDERED a chicken quesadilla combo. Chips had no cheese dip. & The quesadilla was soggy. Thank you still for trying. Maybe it’ll be better. Next time but a much later next time like a month or two later type. LONG WAIT TIME AS WELL. ALSO NOT WORTH IT FOR THE BURNT TASTE OF CHICKEN & DRIED FOOD.

Over the past few months, the quality went from fantastic to down right disgusting. On my last order half of the chicken and all of the rice was over cooked. Some of the chicken was hot as if it had just been cooked and the other half was like they were just trying to get rid of stuff they had already cooked. It’s expensive for a chain restaurant of poor quality. Won’t be returning which is a shame because this was my favorite take out. Also, I asked questions about some menu items and none of the staff on shift could answer them and it was literally basic things like what kind of meat is in this option…

I love El Pollo Loco, but this location is awful. On one of our recent visits, we ordered breast & wing meals only to be told at the window that they didn’t have them after we had already pain. On another recent visit, we were told they had no chicken breasts cooked and it would be a 30 minute wait for more, what?? Our most recent visit, the only reason we were able to get the chicken breast is because we ordered ahead on the website, because when we picked up we saw they had no breasts on the grill. Seems like they don’t want business or don’t want to make the effort to have the full menu available. I would never go to this location if it wasn’t the only el pollo loco near us.

Never have I ever eaten at these restaurants. I was craving a chicken salad so I stopped on my way home from work. I ordered a family feast $24.95+/-. It consists of 8 pcs of chicken LEGS & THIGHS, 4 churros, salad, tortillas,2 large sides and guacamole.
